Becoming a vendor is easy! Complete the vendor application form on our website and tell us a little about your business. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, we'll send you payment instructions to secure your space. Please note that vendor spaces are limited and are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.

We welcome a wide range of businesses, including fashion, beauty, skincare, wellness, handmade goods, home décor, art, packaged food, lifestyle brands, and other unique small businesses. Our goal is to curate a diverse marketplace that supports entrepreneurs while offering attendees a great shopping experience.

All vendor booth bookings are final once payment has been received. Vendor booth fees are non-refundable and no cash refunds will be issued once a booking has been confirmed.

If Jonah Events is required to change the event date, venue, or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your vendor fee will remain non-refundable. Your payment would instead be credited towards the next or future Jonah Events Market or event.

Most Jonah Events & Experiences markets operate rain or shine, unless we communicate otherwise.
For outdoor events, vendors are responsible for arriving prepared for changing weather conditions. Depending on the event setup, this may include appropriate tent weights, waterproof covers, protective containers, and other weatherproofing needed to safely protect your products and display.
Weather conditions such as rain, heat, wind, or changing forecasts do not automatically result in an event cancellation. If conditions become unsafe or require changes to the event schedule, our team will communicate any updates directly with participating vendors.

No. While Jonah Events & Experiences actively markets and promotes our events and selects locations and concepts with the goal of attracting attendees, we do not guarantee a specific level of foot traffic, attendance, engagement, or sales.

Attendance and vendor performance can vary based on factors outside of our control, including weather, competing events, seasonal trends, consumer behaviour, and other circumstances.

Each event is designed around a specific location, audience, and/or theme, and vendors are encouraged to select opportunities that best align with their products, target customers, and business goals.
